This painting is a family portrait of love birds that I know intimately.  The first two love birds that are the patriarch and matriarch are shown on the top left.  The others are kids and cousins. They have grown up in the back garden and have been colorful inspirations for me for years.  Caring for the love birds are a hobby for me that lowers my blood pressure and clears my mind.   I am grateful for the colorful and vibrant personalities of these feathered friends. 
 
The mixed media painting on 90lb cold pressed paper is framed and measures 21 X 21 inches.  It is ready to hang on a small wall in an office, kitchen or reading room.
