About the Workshop
A new way of seeing will be practiced as artists paint and draw the intersection of art and nature in Marti Koehler's studio and sculpture garden. The three hour workshop will offer drawing and painting directives as artists design their impressions of various tropical greens and Ed Koehler sculptures on the property.
Concepts of composition, texture, and color harmony will be addressed. This creative workshop is open to all levels. Some art instruction.
Marti Koehler has a Master's Degree in Art Education and Art Therapy. She has taught and counseled people for over 30 years. The workshop series she offers inspires participants to create artwork without judgement. This freedom inspires personal growth and reflection in participants.
